Origami & Crystal Mandalas
The following origami artwork is inspired by the intimate connection between human beings and nature and how all sentient life is interwoven. It is also an expression of energy through art as a healing channel or Satori (a Japanese Buddhist term for awakening). Satori also refers to the experience of kenshō – “seeing into one’s true nature”. As the creation process unfolds, its meditative affect reveals a delicate strength and subtle presence, which reflects the pure essence of nature and its ability to heal.
