REIKI & ENERGY HEALING
– Experience the balancing and nourishing effects of Energy Healing. Sessions focus on the subtle energy systems, to encourage the body’s natural healing abilities. Energy Healing sessions are deeply relaxing and can assist in restoring flow between body and spirit, nurturing inner stillness and harmony. Crystal healing and Sound Healing are often a part of these sessions.
SOMATIC HEALING
– Somatic Healing sessions support individuals and couples in overcoming personal challenges and difficulties. Self-awareness and realization, compassion, perspective and personal insights are nurtured through therapeutic and creative methods.
METHODOLOGIES: Gestalt Therapy, Trauma-informed Yoga, Tantra-Yoga, Energy Healing, Kundalini Meditation, Breathwork, Earth Based healing and Therapeutic Creativity, (e.g. exploring the transformational mask, divine archetypes, sound and sacred theatre), allowing the natural wisdom of each individual to emerge naturally and authentically. Sessions are available for Individuals & Couples.
